OUR RIGHTS TO SELL
We reserve the right to sell to any customer who visits our site and provides payment for an order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. To be fair to all of our customers, we may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased by
a single customer. For orders under $40.00 (excluding shipping and handling) there is a $5.00 small order fee.
PRICING
METALgrommets.com takes extreme care to keep our price database up to date. METALgrommets.com reserves the right to change incorrectly posted prices.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if the
incorrect price causes the product to be sold below our cost. Prices are subject to change without notice.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
It is the customer's responsibity to determine if the products sold on this website are suitable for his/her specific needs. METALgrommets.com does its best to represent its products accurately in its descriptions on the website and its employees do their best to help provide people with tips and guidance. We will gladly test material swatches in our shop for potential customers before a purchase is made to confirm the suitability of a particular piece of equipment. Having no control over the use of the products, the individual strength of the customers or each individual's specific application, we assume no liability connected with the purchase and use of the products sold on this website. Used equipment cannot be returned unless it is defective.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Nearly all in-stock items are shipped within 48 business hours after processing of your order. The delivery time of a ground shipment depends on your geographic location. Stock is allocated to you after your credit card is approved or check/money order payment is received. Shipping terms defined: Next-Day Air means next business day service, 2nd-Day Air means 2nd business day service.

BILLING
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Checks (via
PayPal). We also accept Checks and Money Orders via mail. Your credit card is billed automatically by
PayPal on the day your order is placed. Because of constantly changing inventory levels, we are unable to guarantee the availability of products when payment is received or billed. We make every attempt to fill each and every order. If an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued in the same form that payment was received within 30 days.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
A person placing an order using a credit card they have not been authorized to use is committing credit card fraud, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A customer that disputes a valid charge for delivered merchandise has committed credit card fraud, a felony, and will be subject to prosecution. All instances of fraud, including those made by valid cardholders, are reported to local and federal authorities.
RETURNS
Visit our "Shipping & Returns" section for a complete description of our returns policy. Open bags of grommets, used presses and used dies are NOT returnable. Ask us for help testing or for samples in advance if you are not sure.
CANCELLATIONS
Any back-orders for stock products may be cancelled by contacting Customer Service. Special orders cannot be cancelled. Products that are in-stock are packed immediately and usually cannot be cancelled. If you require an in-stock product to be cancelled and we are able to stop it before shipment, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
BACKORDERS - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will notify you as quickly as possible about a back order situation. We will provide product availability information to the best of our ability.
LIMITATIONS TO LIABILITY
Having no control over the use of the products on this website, we assume no liability connected with their use. In no event shall RNR Plastics, Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of product, loss of data, loss of business or loss of profits. This limitations to liability will vary in some states.

REQUESTING ORDER STATUS
Your current order status will be sent to you via E-mail as it changes. Order status can also be obtained by logging in to your account. Tracking numbers are made available 24 hours after your order has
shipped.
