The 40mm acrylic finger guard with metal mounting bracket and OSHA danger warning label is to be used with ClipsShop CS-TIDY SERIES pneumatic grommet setting machine. This finger guard is integral to safe operation of the CS-TIDY-41 & CS-TIDY-51 pneumatic machines when used with traditional self-piercing dies
NOTE: This finger guard is put on the CS-TIDY-41 and CS-TIDY-51 for use with #5.5 and smaller grommets. The CS-TIDY-41 comes with the 40mm figure guard. The CS-TIDY-51 comes with the 80mm finger guard.
If you plan to attach #5.5 or smaller grommets with the CS-TIDY-51 then you should purchase this part.
If you plan to attached #7.5, #8.5 & #12 grommets with the CS-TIDY-41 then you should purchase an 80mm finger guard.
If you operate your CS-TIDY-41 or CS-TIDY-51 without a finger guard, you do so at your own risk. Use of the finger guard is required by OSHA for operator safety.
