METALgrommets.com (Company) reserve the right to sell to any customer who visits our site and provides payment for an order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. To be fair to all of our customers, we may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased by a single customer. For orders under $50.00 (excluding shipping) there is a $10.00 small order processing and handling fee.
METALgrommets.com takes extreme care to keep our price database up to date. Company reserves the right to change incorrectly posted prices. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if the incorrect price causes the product to be sold below our cost. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Checks (via PayPal). We also accept Checks and Money Orders via mail. Your credit card is billed automatically on the day your order is placed. Because of constantly changing inventory levels, we are unable to guarantee the availability of products when payment is received or billed. We make every attempt to fill each and every order. If an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued in the same form that payment was received within 30 days.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
A person placing an order using a credit card they have not been authorized to use is committing credit card fraud and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A customer that disputes a valid charge for delivered merchandise has committed credit card fraud, a felony, and will be subject to prosecution. All instances of fraud, including those made by valid cardholders, are reported to local and federal authorities.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Nearly all in-stock items are shipped 48 business hours or less after processing of your order. The delivery time of a ground shipment depends on your geographic location. Stock is allocated to you after your credit card is approved or check/money order payment is received. Shipping terms defined: Next-Day Air means that the shipment will arrive the next business day following shipment, 2nd-Day Air means that the shipment will arrive two business days following shipment .
For international shipments including Canada and Mexico, the shipping fees charged to you on METALgrommets.com may NOT be inclusive of brokerage fees, customs charges, VAT, border taxes or any other fee related to the destination country's policy about importing. Some UPS Services do include these fees while some do not. If you are not familiar with the process of importing, we strongly encourage you to visit the UPS website and understand the service you selected and any additional fees that you may incur related to the import of your product. BACKORDERS - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will notify you as quickly as possible about a back order situation. We will provide product availability information to the best of our ability. In the case of a back order, we will hold your order and ship complete once all parts are in stock.
Any back-orders for stock products may be canceled by contacting Customer Service. Special orders cannot be canceled. Products that are in-stock are batched to our fulfilment center and packed immediately. As a result, they usually cannot be canceled. If you require an in-stock product to be canceled and we are able to stop it before shipment, it is subject to a 20% restocking/administrative fee.
REQUESTING ORDER STATUS
Your current order status will be sent to you via E-mail as it changes. Please make sure email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com are all on your email and spam filter white list to ensure you receive all of our emails Order status can also be obtained by logging in to your account. Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours after your order has shipped and are available online when logged into your account.
Visit our "Shipping & Returns" section for a complete description of our returns policy. Open bags of grommets, used presses and used dies are NOT returnable. Used equipment cannot be returned unless it is defective. Ask us for help testing or for samples in advance if you are not sure.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the products sold on this website are suitable for his/her specific needs. METALgrommets.com does its best to represent its products accurately in its descriptions on the website. The company's employees cannot and do not have expertise in every industry and every possibly application for grommets. When possible, the company its employees will do their best to help provide with tips and guidance, either based on the mechanics of the equipment or information gathered from other customers. We will gladly test material swatches in our shop for potential customers before a purchase is made to confirm the suitability of a particular piece of equipment. Sometimes this testing is free of charge and sometimes there is a fee for this service. Contact us to find out more about having your material tested prior to purchase. Having no control over the use of the products, the individual strength of the customers or each individual's specific application, we assume no liability connected with the purchase and use of the products sold on this website.
WARRANTY / LIMITATION TO LIABILITY
METALgrommets.com sells ClipsShop brand self-piercing grommets, various setting dies and attaching machines to set the grommets. All products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This does NOT cover misuse of equipment. Any alterations to equipment as well as the use of other brands of dies or grommets void all warranties. Any warranty repairs, replacements or returns must be approved by Company and/or ClipsShop pending physical inspection of the equipment or part(s) in question.
Company offers no warranty express or implied INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall ARMIN Innovative Products, Inc., METALgrommets.com or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages in any way including, but not limited to loss of use, loss of product, loss of data, loss of business or loss of profits. This limitation to liability will vary in some states.
